These are the essential conditions of the AED 370 package offered by WATEERA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (licence no. CN-6832338). The full terms are set out in the customer agreement you accept before work starts. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies.

1. What the package includes

• Up to 5 standard informational pages (for example Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact), in Arabic and English with a language switch.
• Responsive design for mobile and desktop.
• One available domain chosen by you, with a first-year allowance of up to AED 50.
• Static website hosting for the first year, with HTTPS.
• A WhatsApp contact button.
• Basic technical SEO: page titles, descriptions, sitemap and sharing previews.
• One consolidated revision round after the preview.
• A preview before final delivery.

2. What is not included

• E-commerce or online stores, and payment gateways.
• Custom backend systems, logins, booking systems or databases.
• Advanced integrations with other software.
• Unlimited revisions, or new pages and features after the scope is agreed.
• Writing content from scratch, photography, logo design and paid advertising.

Anything outside the package can be quoted separately before it starts. E-commerce websites are offered as a separately quoted service.

3. Price and payment stages

• Total price: AED 370, one-time.
• Stage 1 — AED 200, after the scope is agreed and the contract is accepted.
• Stage 2 — AED 170, after you approve the preview and before final publication and handover.

No payment is collected through this website. Payment details are sent to you after the contract is accepted.

4. 48-hour delivery

The 48 hours start only when all of the following are complete: the scope is agreed, the contract is accepted, the first payment is received, you have provided all required logo, texts, images and contact information, and the domain availability and ownership arrangement are confirmed.

The 48-hour promise applies to the standard informational package only. It does not apply to unsupported features, payment integrations, complex custom development or incomplete content. Time you take to review the preview is not counted.

5. Revisions

After the preview, you send all requested changes together in one list. We apply that list once. Further changes, new pages or new features can be quoted separately.

6. Domain ownership and renewal

• The domain is for your business. If it is registered through us, we transfer control to you on request.
• The package covers up to AED 50 of the domain's first-year cost. If the domain you want is unavailable or costs more, we offer alternatives or ask you to approve the difference before registering.
• Renewal after the first year is your responsibility, at the registrar's price at that time.

7. Hosting and renewal

• We host the website for the first 12 months from publication.
• Renewing the hosting after the first year is your responsibility. At handover we set the hosting up so you can manage the renewal directly.
• Hosting covers keeping the published site online. Content changes after handover are a separate service.

8. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the logo, texts and images you send us. The finished website and its content belong to you once the full price is paid.
