This policy explains how WATEERA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ("WATEERA", "we"), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (licence no. CN-6832338), handles information you share through this website. Software we provide to business customers has its own policy, given to those customers in their agreement.

1. What we collect

Website requests. When you send the website request form: your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, business category, preferred and alternative domains, number of pages, whether your content and logo are ready, any details you add, the page language, and the date and time of the request.
Campaign tags. If you arrived from an advert, the campaign labels in the link (for example utm_source or utm_campaign) are saved with your request so we know which advert worked.
WhatsApp messages. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through WhatsApp.
Security data. To stop spam, our server briefly uses a one-way coded form of your connection's IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is kept for about one hour and is not stored with your request.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser only.

2. How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and contract, and deliver the website you order.
To contact you by WhatsApp or phone about your request.
To understand, in total numbers, which adverts bring requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking you.

3. Who processes it

Requests are stored on Cloudflare, which hosts this website. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers process data to run their services for us. We do not share your request with anyone else unless the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Website requests are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted automatically, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep what is needed to deliver and support your website and to meet legal and accounting duties.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent, or to stop contacting you, by messaging us on WhatsApp at +971 50 193 2615.

6. Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل وتيرة للحلول الرقمية ("وتيرة"، "نحن")، أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (رقم الرخصة CN-6832338)، مع المعلومات التي ترسلها عبر هذا الموقع. البرامج التي نقدمها لعملائنا من الشركات لها سياسة خاصة تُسلّم لهم مع الاتفاقية.

1. ما نجمعه

طلبات المواقع. عند إرسال نموذج الطلب: اسمك، اسم النشاط، رقم الهاتف/واتساب، نوع النشاط، الدومين المفضل والبديل، عدد الصفحات، جاهزية المحتوى والشعار، أي تفاصيل تضيفها، لغة الصفحة، وتاريخ ووقت الطلب.
بيانات الحملة. إذا وصلت عن طريق إعلان، تُحفظ تسميات الحملة الموجودة في الرابط (مثل utm_source أو utm_campaign) مع طلبك لنعرف أي إعلان كان مفيدًا.
رسائل واتساب. إذا راسلتنا على واتساب نستلم ما ترسله عبره.
بيانات الحماية. لمنع الرسائل المزعجة يستخدم الخادم مؤقتًا صيغة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد من عنوان IP الخاص باتصالك للحد من الإرسال المتكرر. تُحفظ لمدة ساعة تقريبًا ولا تُحفظ مع طلبك.

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع إعلانية على هذا الموقع. اختيار اللغة يُحفظ في متصفحك فقط.

2. كيف نستخدمها

للرد على طلبك وإعداد عرض السعر والعقد وتنفيذ الموقع الذي تطلبه.
للتواصل معك عبر واتساب أو الهاتف بخصوص طلبك.
لمعرفة أي الإعلانات تجلب الطلبات، بأرقام إجمالية.

لا نبيع معلوماتك، ولا نضيفك إلى قوائم تسويقية بدون إذنك.

3. من يعالج البيانات

تُحفظ الطلبات على Cloudflare التي تستضيف هذا الموقع، وتُعالج رسائل واتساب عبر واتساب (Meta). يعالج هؤلاء البيانات لتشغيل خدماتهم لنا. لا نشارك طلبك مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا طلب القانون ذلك.

4. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بطلبات المواقع لمدة أقصاها 12 شهرًا ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا، إلا إذا أصبحت عميلًا، فنحتفظ بما يلزم لتنفيذ ودعم موقعك وللالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية.

5. حقوقك

يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على معلوماتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو إيقاف التواصل معك، عبر مراسلتنا على واتساب: +971 50 193 2615.

6. التغييرات
